St. Kevin's Primary School

When mining in Glendalough was at it's height, in the 1860s and 1870s, a school was established by the Mining Company of Ireland at the Seven Churches. It thrived alongside the mines but then declined when the mines did. The school then transitioned to the present-day St. Kevin's building in the 1930s.
