Laragh Bridge

The current bridge in Laragh village crosses the Glenmacnass River and was built in 1955-56. It replaced an older bridge that had fallen into disrepair and may have been part of the original Military Road. The granite coping stones from the previous bridge were re-used and are visible on top of the bridge today.
