Laragh School

Built around 1840, this Tudor-style former school building is possibly one of the villages most unusual buildings. It was Twomey's Tea Rooms during the 1950s and is now a private guest house. It was the home for many years of the artist Harry Bewick, mother of the well known Irish artist, Pauline Bewick.
